Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on items purchased in our stores.

Items purchased through Instagram can be returned to a gift card when you pick up your order. Orders must be picked up within 14 days to be returned for a gift card. After 14 days, your order can still be collected, but it is no longer possible to return for a gift card.

If you purchase an item and later discover that it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please send us a photo of the item together with your receipt by email at kontakt@o-s-v.dk and we'll do our best to help.

As a secondhand store, we do our best to curate items in good quality, but every piece has already lived another life. We always aim to offer the best possible selection. <3
